Lunch box size is less about choosing the biggest option and more about choosing the right daily fit. The box should hold enough food without becoming heavy or difficult to carry.
Four questions to ask
- How much does your child usually eat?
- Will the box travel in a backpack or lunch bag?
- Can small hands open and close the clips?
- Does it have enough separation for the foods you pack most?
Start with the routine you already have. A comfortable, easy-open box is usually more useful than one with extra space that goes unused.
